i was so proud of myself ytd!felt that i've accomplished alot as i've been wantin to exercise for the past few days but didn't-.- LAZY CASS! =/
yeap,anyway managed to finish doin my things early so i decided to go for squash at 3plus..played with melvin a few games.argh,i was so damn irritated.couldn't catch the balls he returned.but nonetheless,great trainin,he made me run alot..captain brandon wanted to play a few rounds of game with him so i left the court and went for a 2.4km jog,FINALLY((:
after restin for bout 20mins after the run,captain brandon didn't spare me!he made me do P.T with the team.i was super exhausted already but i pushed myself..we did circuits in court and ran 'fart' leg.damn tirin,i tell u and i kinda sprained my knee:(( but it's ok.i'm feelin very refreshed.
i believed what kay said was true.rest IS good.haha.after restin for a long period and then exercise,u'll feel this burst of energy that has been trapped in u for a while..like smth's been finally released((: the feelin's really AWESOME,trust me.
it's been 3days since i last saw my hamscue.
